This spacious villa is located at 1426 Park Place, Haines City, Florida 33844 in the Southern Dunes Estates neighborhood. It overlooks the award-winning Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. It is situated on the fairway of hole 17.

Does Florida Dunes have good sun exposure?

This property has a south-facing pool therefore there is sun exposure to the pool deck from beautiful sunrise to sunset. The breath-taking view will capture you all day long.

The lanai does provide some relief from the warm Florida sun and provides shelter from the occasional cool winter breezes. The lanai also protects from various insect. You can enjoy the beautiful outdoors without being bothered by various pesky friends.

Does Florida Dunes have a pool and jacuzzi?

Yes! You will be able to enjoy the backyard pool and jacuzzi at all times of the day or night. However, please observe the neighborhood's quiet hours from 9 pm- 7 am. The pool depth ranges from 3 feet to 5 feet with entry stairs located in the shallow end. This space is ideal for a relaxing day at home, after a round of golf, or a long day at the parks.

Is Florida Dunes is a family-friendly villa?

This property has a generous family room overlooking the pool and golf course. It connects with the family-style island and opens up to the lanai to enhance the family room experience. The family room has a 75-in Smart TV that is connected to cable. You will also find complimentary pool towels handy whenever you are ready to take a dip in the pool.

Bed linens, bath towels, pool towels and kitchen dish clothes are all included.

Does Florida Dunes have a crib and high chair for my baby?

The property includes a Pack N Play and a high chair for the use of our guests.

Can I bring my pet during my stay at Florida Dunes

While we love our pets, unfortunately we do not allow them at the villa.
